1. Delivery Terms
1.1 General Provisions
These Delivery Terms set out the procedure, methods, and timeframes for the delivery of goods ordered on the website BERHASM.COM (the “Website”) to customers worldwide.
By placing an order on BERHASM.COM, the Customer agrees to these Delivery Terms.
1.2 Delivery Terms — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Goods ordered on BERHASM.COM are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the Seller bears all costs and risks associated with delivering the goods to the address specified by the Customer, including the payment of import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees.
The Customer is not required to pay any additional customs charges, import VAT, or fees upon receipt of the goods — all such payments are already included in the order price.
Delivery is carried out by the shipping company 4PX.
1.3 Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the Customer’s destination region and is from 10 business days.
The stated delivery time is an estimate and does not include order processing time (1–3 business days).
The delivery period begins from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier 4PX, not from the moment the order is placed.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, customs authority procedures, carrier delays, and other force majeure events. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
1.4 Delivery Costs
Delivery cost depends on the Customer’s destination region and is calculated automatically at checkout on the Website.
The exact delivery cost is displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
1.5 Customs Clearance, Taxes, and Fees
Since delivery is carried out on a DDP basis, all import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are already included in the order price and paid by the Seller.
The Customer is not required to make any additional payments at customs or upon receipt of the parcel.
1.6 Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a 4PX tracking number by email to monitor the delivery status.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
1.7 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, the Customer’s absence, or refusal to accept the parcel, the parcel may be returned to the Seller, and the Customer may be required to pay for re-delivery.
Parcels not collected from a pick-up point within the specified period may be returned to the sender.
1.8 Loss or Damage in Transit
In the event of loss or damage to a parcel during transit, the Customer should contact support@berhasm.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
The Seller will conduct an investigation together with 4PX and, where applicable, offer a replacement, refund, or compensation in accordance with the Returns Policy.
